These appraisals are performed for different circumstances and are usually used for court proceedings and required by the court for establishing a value of your vehicle or equipment or assets for court documents. Disputes are common in divorce proceedings or for partnerships dissolving and the report can be tailored to fit your particular situation and to satisfy your request. Evaluation of assets are also performed on equipment or complete collections of assets, estates or equipment for probate or for satisfaction of Wills. We can also supply you with an evaluation of personal property including furniture and household personal property but not real estate. We have been doing these types of appraisals and evaluations for many years and on all types of different assets and equipment, and are willing to perform an evaluation on almost any type of equipment no matter what it may be, or where it may be. Our reports are performed for individuals, government, business or industry.
Procedure
We will have to come to your location and view your equipment or assets and possibly take pictures if needed. We will then have to do an evaluation once returning to the office and determine a value for each item or group of items and tailor the report to suit you. This may take a few days depending on the complexity and the amount of items in question. We can also attend in court if needed for additional submission of information when needed.
