Many vehicle owners are unaware that when your vehicle has had some major damage done on it, whether it be by your neglect or caused by another driver, your vehicle has now been devalued. Once your vehicle has been damaged and a damage claim is put in by you to the insurance company to have your vehicle repaired at a body shop the damage estimate value is now recorded with the car fax or car proof information center.

After your vehicle is repaired and when you go to trade in your vehicle at the dealership, the dealership will access the carproof or carfax information center to provide them with all the history of the vehicle. If the damage estimate shows up there, which it will, it now has a depreciated value attached to it due to the previous history of the damage that has been done on it in the past.

Your vehicle now has a depreciated value attached to it of approximately a thirty percent value or more. This is partly due to the fact that, the next buyer of your vehicle does not want to buy a vehicle that has had previous damage done on it.

The insurance company does not automatically compensate you for this unfortunate monetary loss to your vehicle. After the vehicle is repaired and a few months or years go by, and you have done nothing about this initially when it was damaged, nothing can be done about it then.

The solution to this problem is done initially when the vehicle has been damaged and the insurance company has instructed you to have the vehicle repaired at the body shop.

This is where our service comes in, and is a valuable tool for getting resolution to the problem before the vehicle is even repaired. Very important, you must engage our services before the vehicle is repaired. We will negotiate with the insurance company to have them include this monetary loss that you may incur to your vehicle due to the damage done by someone else’s negligence. This loss devaluation percentage amount of your vehicle will then be incorporated into the value of your vehicle before the vehicle is repaired and can bring the vehicles’ value below the insurance repair value, and thus have the vehicle written off. The consumer should never be at a loss because of someone else’s negligence.

Please take note that this service can only be employed when there is substantial damage done to your vehicle and it is not deemed a write off.
